At KatSpy™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Free Shipping
We offer 100% free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@katspy.com.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international and domestic logistics partners to deliver your order. Carriers may include Canada Post, USPS, or their partner networks. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location.
6. Customs and Import Duties
Canada: Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to import duties. Quebec customers may be subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/QST) as required by law.
United States: Orders shipped to the United States valued under $800 USD are generally not subject to import duties. KatSpy™ is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be applied by U.S. customs authorities for orders exceeding this threshold.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@katspy.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. KatSpy™ is not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. KatSpy™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@katspy.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
