We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your region, and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We are not responsible for any charges from your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and to cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate pricing. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. KatSpy™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all information on this Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or any other content is complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
7. Prohibited Uses

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, including the Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur), without regard to conflict of law principles. For customers located in the United States, we also comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
12. Consumer Rights — Quebec and Canada
If you are a resident of Quebec, you benefit from the protections of the Consumer Protection Act (RLRQ c P-40.1) and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
